Jaime Marie Burton currently serves as Director of Research Services & Education at the University of Kentucky Special Collections Research Center. She previously served as Education and Outreach Archivist at UK, College Archivist and Assistant Professor at Berea College, and Assistant Special Collections Librarian at the Maryland Historical Society. She is a Certified Archivist and holds a Master of Arts in Historical Studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a concentration in Public History/Policy Administration, completing a thesis focused on the history of Daniels, MD and flooding in the Patapsco Valley. Her research interests include environmental history. As Director, Jaime's current work includes implementing the Metrics and Measures for Public Services and the Teaching with Primary Sources Guidelines.
