Learn how to use five key foundations to create a faculty-centric culture of continuous improvement that sparks faculty curiosity assess and improve.  Learn a few simple but effective incentives can motivate faculty to participate in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, experiment with new pedagogy, and to participate actively in assessment.
