This session will focus on the use of course based assessment for program evaluation and accreditation. Topics include the nature of assessment mechanisms and methods of improvement, development of logic models, indicators and strategic benchmarking all with a consideration of requirements for and demonstrations of validity and reliability. Key will be the presentation of a Community Based Participatory Evaluation (CBPR) framework which will guide all work. Participants will be encouraged to share practices, pose questions and have the opportunity to join an informal community of practice.
